I was going to a marathon with some friends, so we had to check out early. There was no problem, so keep our bags in the reception and our food in the fridge. After the race, we could come back to have a shower in the gym and get our boarding cards printed. Very helpful people in the reception. Hotel is also very close to the center

Room very comfortable and clean with good beds. Bathroom very modern and everything needed is provided. Location is great and parking is very useful. Carpark needs some caution but is easy to navigate - just look out for the traffic light for access and departure to ensure the road is clear of other vehicle.

The Junior Suite provided us with plenty of room and since I work remote it was great that there were two desk and free wifi. The breakfast was very good, house keeping was outstanding and the facilities management gentleman was great!

The room was clean and had basic stuff like a small fridge, medium safe (a school backpack fits), good quality showering gel and good shampoo. The shower (and the bathroom overall) was clean and everything functioning like expected. The room had no odd smell and the walls didn't seem to be that thin. Temperature was fine 22-24C (the AC wasn't used that much). The staff (reception) were very friendly and tried to help as much as they could.

I came with soccer team and didnt think it would be a very nice hotel but it def exceeded my expectations with the price! Great location with walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants and shopping area. Has its own car park for guests, and there’s a supermarket opposite to the hotel. Staffs were well trained and helpful and friendly. Services were efficient and room cleaning services were efficient too. The room was overall clean especially the sheets.

The location of this property is very good: Mercadona literally opposite the main entrance, good restaurants nearby and within close proximity to the Center and the train station. The pool area was very good (no drinks service or anything) but quiet and lovely. Good restaurant, bar and the lobby where you can meet with colleagues or friends. Good coffee. Very attentive and courteous staff - it was a real pleasure to be looked after them.

Hotel located in a very good place in Castellon, very close to the very center, close to important points, restaurants. Very good service at the reception, very friendly and nice. Quite a nice parking lot, the room very clean.

Large, clean and nicely furnished room; comfortable, super-king sized bed; very large shower cubicle with both a fixed overhead shower and a removable shower head; clean and tidy public areas; comfortable atrium lounge with bar; large choice of breakfast items (baked goods, charcuterie, cheeses, fruit, cereals, cooked eggs, etc); friendly, helpful and efficient staff; secure underground parking. There is a pleasant restaurant area but we did not eat dinner there.

The hotel was spotless and the bed so comfy, Maria and Yolanda were amazing on reception, helping us with finding transport to Valencia that was available early in the morning and cheap, we asked for a kettle for the room and extra pillows, nothing was too much for them
